About Us

Family Health Center provides primary health, dental and mental health services. The Center serves the entire community, including persons who are uninsured or lower-income and have difficulty finding affordable health services. We provide care to persons of all ages and walks of life.

Our professional staff includes board certified physicians, certified nurse practitioners, licensed dentists and clinical social workers, and a registered dental hygienist.

Medical services are conveniently located in Columbia at 1001 W. Worley and at J.W. Blind Boone Community Center. In Salisbury, we're located at 307 S. Broadway.

Our dental center is located in Suite 216C in the Parkade Center in Columbia.
